Refund Policy

MannyBoxingBook.com wants you to be happy with your purchase.

If you need to return your MannyBoxingBook.com product, you may send it back to us within 14 days of its delivery for a refund of the cost of the item and taxes applied to the cost of the item. We are able to refund the price you paid for the product (including any taxes), but not the shipping costs. Returns are not accepted after the 14 day period.

To receive your refund, you will need to contact our office at (416) 588-0808 to receive a valid RA number. Include the RA number along with a copy of your Packing List and reason for your return. Make sure the returned MannyBoxingBook.com item(s) is/are carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. We recommend packages be returned via trackable carrier. Products returned without a packing list or valid RA number cannot be refunded.

We are not responsible for lost items shipped back to our warehouse. Please refer to the carrier you shipped with for insurance and package tracking options.

Please allow 4 to 6 business days after the package is received at the warehouse to process your refund.
